We have just returned, yet again, from these wonderful villas where once again we received the warmest of welcomes from Onur, Gulsom, Mahmoot and family. Nothing was too much trouble and our every need was catered for, the hospitality, standards of cleanliness and the lovely friendly atmosphere has never changed since we first visited our little bit of paradise over eight years ago. I would not hesitate to recommend these villas to couples, families with children in fact anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday and we will not fail to return again and again.

Absolutely lovely apartments and run by the nicest, most caring host we have ever met. The location is beautiful, and an easy walking distance from loads of lovely restaurants along the river. We will be back!

My brother and his wife recommended these apartments to me after they had stayed there. The apartments are family owned and run. One of the owners Onur will pick you up from and return you to Dalaman airport as part of his service, His brother has a boat which for a reasonable fee, he will take you out on and provide a barbecue on board. I did not get the opportunity whilst there to do this but other people that I met have been on several in the many years they have been going there and they highly recommend them. There is also a Turkish night (again for a reasonable charge) at the apartments when Onur's mother cooks a selection of traditional Turkish dishes served on the sun terrace of their small restaurant. The pool area is bright and sunny, with sunbeds provided. There is as I have said a sun terrace above the restaurant. The restaurant serves food at lunch time and in the evenings if required. You can also obtain water from there so you don't have to lug it back from Dalyan! There is also a sheltered 'gazebo' where guest are encouraged to read and borrow books from and of course leave behind any you may have finished that you bought with you. It is a nice rest full area to chill out in, in the early evenings before going out. My apartment was actually a two bed, which was clean and well appointed with a small kitchen, a 2 ring gas burner, kettle, toaster etc. A through dining/lounge with patio over looking the well kept pool area. The living room sleeps two if required. Upstairs there was a double and twin bedroom both with air con and a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The apartments a a 10-15 minute flat walk into the center of Dalyan where you can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops. Good quality silver, watches and leather handbags available in Dalyan. Restaurants are all keenly priced and offer seafood, Turkish and European cuisine. Dayan is also home to the fabulous rock tombs at Kaunos and there is also a Roman ruin close by. I had an absolutely peaceful and enjoyable holiday. I will be returning next year to hopefully meet up with the lovely people (who have been going back for 6 years) that I met this year. Please note, when I have said the apartments are not budget, luxury or romantic it does not mean they are not these things. It is neither budget or luxury but I would say it's definitely very well appointed and maintained. If you want it to be romantic I am sure the family would be only too willing to provide flowers, champagne etc for a fee.

“Villa Kiydan " paradise in lovely Dalyan”..... This was our first stay at Villa Kiydan and my first visit to Dalyan. We spent two weeks here and were very sad to leave. Dalyan is a very relaxed town with such friendly people and with the current TKL exchange rate extremely good value. Villa Kiydan is a small family run apartment hotel with its own pool. We had a two bedroom apartment away from the pool near the reception building which was very clean and ample in size for the two of us. The apartment had all you needed for self catering but as previously hinted the TKL exchange rate meant we were more than happy to eat out and all our 2/3 course evening meals including drinks usually came to the equivalent of £30/40. The hotel is run by Onur Kiydan and his family whose hospitality is second to none. Both my partner and I are independent travellers so in general look after ourselves but we did a day coastal cruise with Onur's brother Mahmut which is highly recommended. We also did a day road trip with Onur which was fantastic fun and ended with dinner in Onur's secret sea food restaurant (fabulous food). One evening a week Onur likes his guests to have dinner together where the food is cooked by his mother, we had a great night chatting to a Turkish couple from Germany in pidgeon German/English but so many laughs. This is an excellent place to stay in Dalyan and we shall certainly return. I highly reccomend Villa Kiydan and Team Onur!

“Güzel ve huzurlu tek adresi Villa Kıydan..” Nehrin kenarında kral mezarların tam karşısında eşsiz bir manzaraya sahip Villa Kıydan da ilk kez konakladım. Tesis bir aile işletmesi ve son derece samimi bir ortamı var. Villalar gayet bakımlı ve donanımlı ayrıca tertemiz. Dalyan'a, havasına, suyuna ve gece ışıl ışıl parıldayan yıldızlarına zaten diyecek laf yok. Bütün bu güzelliklere ilaveten böyle temiz ve güvenilir bi yerde konaklamamız tatilimizi çok daha mükemmel kıldı. Onur'un annesinin yemekleri ve mezeleri şahane. Bu arada aile tekneleriyle tur düzenliyor ve eşsiz güzellikte ki koyları gezdirip denizin tadını çıkarmanızı sağlıyor ayrıca fiyat olarak da diğer turlara göre daha uygun. Onur karşılama ve uğurlamayı kendi aracı ile bizzat yapıyor, öyle misafirperver ve nazik ki bizi alana götürürken ağız tadıyla ordan ayrılalım diye dondurma ikram ediyor. Başta gülen yüzleri ve samimiyeti olmak üzere herşey için kendisine ve ailesine teşekkür ediyorum. Huzurlu, kaliteli ve güzel bir tatil geçirdik ailecek. Seneye tercihim kesinlikle yine Villa Kıydan olacaktır.
